dynamic_path is wrong, nginx is was not starting.
Change SSLCertificateFile with PKCS11 source instead of certificate file.
No need to copy the certificate anymore as it is pulled by Apache from nethsm.

Certificate doesn't need to be imported in Docker as it can be pulled directly by Apache from Nethsm.
Unfortunately I'm not able to do the same with Nginx.
