Lane report: refresh the public sitemap (stale lastmod dates)

Closes review item "[unreviewed-by-opus] Refresh the public sitemap: lastmod dates stale (2026-05-20) and missing on 7 of 12 URLs".

Outcome: source merged, live blocked (NEEDS-NISH)

  • The fix is already merged: commit 67222dd (fix(public): refresh sitemap lastmod dates to real page changes #116, 2026-08-13) refreshed public/sitemap.xml — all 12 URLs now carry lastmod (2026-08-09..2026-08-11) matching real page changes.
  • Live https://tinystudio.in/sitemap.xml still serves the stale version (5 URLs at 2026-05-20, 7 URLs with no lastmod) because production is stuck at the 2026-06-20 build 07acd07.
  • Deploy gate: .github/workflows/deploy-public-site.yml fails closed; CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN is missing from repo secrets (only CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID exists). Latest run 31809551059 (2026-08-14) failed at the secrets step.
  • Unblock: gh secret set CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN -R nish3451/tinystudio-in (Cloudflare Pages:Edit token), then the next main push / workflow_dispatch deploys this with ~17 other pending public fixes.

Warning

Review limit reached

@nish3451, you've reached your PR review limit, so we couldn't start this review.

Next review available in: 45 seconds

Enable usage-based reviews in Billing to review now. Otherwise, wait until the next included review is available.
You're only billed for reviews past your plan's rate limits ($0.25/file).

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.
