PCR Simulator designed to help model and simulate PCR reactions
Install Anaconda 3.6: https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/install/
Pull this repo: git clone https://github.com/domsooch/PCRSim.git
cd into this repo's directory and type jupyter notebook. You will be instructed to open a browser window to the hosted jupyter instance. like so: https://[ip address, usually localhost]:9999/?token=[token]
Open this notebook: StrandAssymetrySimulator.ipynb
