Refresh finalaudit.md with the current production state after #769: the merged main SHA and successful deployment/smoke checks; the 100-open-PR inventory; full-CI results and pending main rerun; and reproducible authorization, family-isolation, migration, race, and test-coverage blockers from the parallel review. Register B counts remain explicitly attributed to the last recount at 05:22 UTC; this change credits no audit-row closures. Documentation only; no app configuration, migration, or money movement.
