docs: reconcile served audit fixes and card lifecycle gates

Main 3dd5a7b5 is independently served and passes all four post-merge CI jobs. This docs-only checkpoint records the exact result and the reviewed next card lifecycle/helper candidates, preserving all prior ledger ancestry, IDs and historical receipts.

• Main CI36824973184: 23,605 unit passes +2 expected failures per timezone; 1,839 E2E passes +1 recovered flake. New breadcrumbs place the failed first attempt inside logout before cleanup; the exact logout operation remains unresolved. No claim that context close consumed the timeout or that logout is fixed.
• Exact fix(wallet): dispose cancelled card reveal displays #749/fix(wallet): preserve pending ownership for card actions #751/Refuse failed cardholder lookups before provider access #752/fix(wallet): retain card form ownership through dismissal #753 + prior docs: reconcile Money audit boundaries and open UI lifecycle findings #750 composition: 1,158 unit/document checks, 69 mounted synthetic browser cases, full types/lint and independent nine-path/blob review passed. Candidate hosted/integration/served gates and live provider workflows remain separate.
• Register B: 14,350 =11,884 not started +2,115 in progress +185 pass +157 fixed/pass +9 blocked. Two new test-file obligations; two existing callback-fixture/helper obligations move to in progress. All preceding IDs retained; zero new PASS credit, production readiness NO.
• 602 audit-document checks pass. Root independently revalidated counts, stable IDs and the exact two status changes. Earlier independent checkpoint review is preserved; the later terminal-main evidence is source-qualified.

Only finalaudit.md changes. Normal descendant of #750 (and #745/#738); no force-push or alternate ledger. No production SQL, provider transaction, credentials/settings changes. Family-media remains public by owner decision; SEC-001 and schema/cron/billing/provider/final-regression gates stay open.
