Only finalaudit.md conflicted. Both top entries stand: this branch's and main's B14 entry. Main's header text is kept with this branch's additions. SEC-001 stays out of FAIL. Both claim sets are kept, including the new claim on API-SWEEP-06's write half. Recounted from the rows: Register B 14,229 = 13,180 NOT STARTED + 995 IN PROGRESS + 45 FIXED + PASS + 9 BLOCKED + 0 FAIL, 0.32%, with main's eight B14 closures. Register A 841 = 127 + 697 + 17. finalaudit.md's "Finding claims" table. Claims go to main before the work, so other sessions don't pick up the same finding.The claim covers the write half of API-SWEEP-06: any family member, a child included, can write
