Two roadmap items: #2 Control Tower as Home: the default AI dashboard now shows a Family Autopilot card (success %, # handled, # to review, top suggestions) linking to the full surface. Additive — the AI home is otherwise unchanged. #1 Medication refills: - 0086_medication_refills.sql: nullable refill_on + refill_reminder_days on medications - medicationSuggestions(): refill due within lead time (or just overdue); due <=2d is auto-tier (reversible reminder) at conf 92, else 80; kind medication - scan.ts reads active meds with a refill date; Pill icon in the Control Tower Autopilot now predicts 9 signal types.
