Support heterogeneous clusters with multiple instance types in @parallel

Sometimes it is beneficial to have a mixture of nodes in a @parallel clusters, e.g. a smaller control node, larger workers - or a mixture of CPUs and GPUs in a cluster.

Today @parallel supports only homogenous clusters, but we could relax the requirement
