Run ldsc locally

Hi,

I am not familiar with google cloud and hope to run the anlaysis locally. Is there a way for me to download the files from Google Cloud? For example, I want to get sumstats files but I don't know how to find gs://ukbb-gwas-results/ldsc/

Hi,

We don't currently host the sumstats files publicly. If you're interested in running LDSC locally, I would recommend downloading our public GWAS summary statistics files from http://www.nealelab.is/uk-biobank and using the LDSC package's munge_sumstats.py script or your own scripts to pre-process the summary statistics.
