[SPARK-35579][SQL] Bump janino to 3.1.7

Describe the bug
Spark-3.4 upgrades janino to 3.1.7 from 3.0.16

• The proposed version contains bug fix in janino by maropu.
  • Correct the logic to truncate Stack map in CodeContext.restoreLocalVariables janino-compiler/janino#148
• contains getBytecodes method which can be used to simplify the way to get bytecodes from ClassBodyEvaluator in CodeGenerator#updateAndGetCompilationStats method. (by LuciferYang)
  • [SPARK-35398][SQL] Simplify the way to get classes from ClassBodyEvaluator in CodeGenerator.updateAndGetCompilationStats method apache/spark#32536
