No test-list entries changed, so no test-db/QA listing applies.
- Behavior covered: Jenkins Check Test List collection runs
pytest --cowithout a wheel.scripts/check_binding_stubs.pychecks_STUB_ROOTSagainst thesetup.pyroots in pre-commit.- Gap: nothing unit-tests the plugin's fabrication rules (CapWords → class, UPPER →
0, lower → module,_EXPLICIT,_FORCED_SUBMODULES). Nothing unit-tests_root_extension_moduleincheck_binding_stubs.py. A regression in either one shows up only as a Jenkins Check Test List failure, or as a false "OK" from the pre-commit checker. A small CPU unit test of_root_extension_modulewould catch a false "OK" early. Candidate inputs:bindings.*.so,tensorrt_llm_transfer_agent_binding*.so,flash_mla/*.py,libs/libfoo.so,bindings/*.pyi. Put it inl0_cpu.ymlif it should run in CI.- Coverage verdict: needs follow-up.

Squash of NVIDIA#17513 onto current main. Check Test List now runs on a CPU pod in parallel with Release-Check, collecting tests against pure-Python stubs of the compiled modules instead of a built wheel. Adjustments for current main: - Drop the test_llm_api_autodeploy.py changes; AutoDeploy was removed (NVIDIA#19028). - Use NVIDIA_TRITON_SERVER_VERSION=26.09 in the new stage to match main. Co-authored-by: Tyler Burt <195370667+tburt-nv@users.noreply.github.com> Signed-off-by: EmmaQiaoCh <qqiao@nvidia.com>
- Honor disable_fail_fast for the release-check parallel stages. - Fall back to the previous trt-test-db pin when a reused artifact lacks ci_versions.properties. - Clarify why getSMVersion() returns inf when CUDA init fails. Signed-off-by: EmmaQiaoCh <qqiao@nvidia.com>
… download test Classify stubbed binding attributes by their name without leading underscores, so private classes such as _KVCache become stub classes and support `X | None` annotations evaluated at import time. Restore the L0 artifact download regression test with the updated count of download sites. Signed-off-by: EmmaQiaoCh <qqiao@nvidia.com>
torch_custom_ops.py now looks up torch.ops.trtllm.begin_nccl_window_tensor_scope and end_nccl_window_tensor_scope at module scope to register them as effectful ops. Under the collection stub those C++ ops are never defined, so the import failed partway and the next import of the module tripped over a duplicate trtllm::nvfp4_gemm definition, breaking collection of six test files in Check Test List. When register_fake targets an op that does not exist, the stub now defines the op from the fake kernel's signature before registering the fake, so module-level lookups find it as they would with the compiled library loaded. Ops whose schema cannot be inferred keep the previous no-op behavior. Signed-off-by: EmmaQiaoCh <qqiao@nvidia.com>

Squash of #17513 onto current main. Check Test List now runs on a CPU pod in parallel with Release-Check, collecting tests against pure-Python stubs of the compiled modules instead of a built wheel.
Adjustments for current main:
Dev Engineer Review
pytest --cowithstubify_bindingsinstead of installing a built wheel. This removes the wheel dependency from collection, but the stubs can mask runtime behavior. The author reports matching collection results with wheel-based CI; the comparison procedure is not specified.TRT_TEST_DB_VERSIONsetting now controlstrt-test-db. The binding-stub checker adds a pre-commit guard against missing module roots. The lazy MPI/NVLS imports andgetSMVersionerror handling also alter import and driver-failure behavior.wgetarchive overwrite behavior. No test result confirms this change or the new collection path. Current review severity counts are unavailable.QA Engineer Review
tests/unittest/scripts/test_slurm_install.pyremovestest_l0_artifact_download_retries_overwrite_archive. This test covered the fourwget -Odownload commands; it is a unit test and is not expected in an integration CI or manual-QA list.tests/integration/defs/stubify_bindings.pyadds stubs for binding imports during collection, including Torch extension handling.scripts/check_test_list.pyuses those stubs to collect L0, QA, and waiver tests. No test-list entries changed;test-db/README.mddocuments the collection and validation workflow.Per-File QA Perspective
.pre-commit-config.yaml— Adds acheck-binding-stubshook for changes to the stub generator, checker, orsetup.py. Verify the hook runs in the intended file-change cases and returns a failure when module roots are missing.jenkins/L0_MergeRequest.groovy— Adds Check Test List to parallel CI execution and defines its skip conditions and interruption handling. Verify stage inclusion and skip behavior across regular and Release-Check pipelines.jenkins/L0_Test.groovy— Removes Check Test List from this pipeline and reads thetrt-test-dbversion from shared configuration, with a fallback. Verify the removal is limited to this pipeline and both version-selection paths work.jenkins/ci_versions.properties— Adds the sharedTRT_TEST_DB_VERSIONvalue. Verify consumers read the key and the configured version installs in CI.scripts/check_binding_stubs.py— Checks that compiled package roots have corresponding stub roots fromsetup.pypackage data. Verify its handling of supported patterns and excluded library, include, and runtime paths.scripts/check_test_list.py— Switches collection topytest --cowith binding stubs and removes local wheel installation. Verify L0, QA, and waiver collection and validation under this mode.tests/integration/defs/conftest.py— Defers the MPI import and returnsFalsewhen the NVLS import raisesImportError. Verify collection works without compiled bindings and that normal MPI/NVLS behavior remains unchanged.tests/integration/defs/stubify_bindings.py— Creates binding and Torch-extension stubs for collection. Verify stub imports cover collection needs without suppressing unrelated Torch registration errors.tests/integration/test_lists/test-db/README.md— Documents the new CI test-list checks, stub-based collection, parity assertion, and pre-commit checks. No test-list entries changed.tests/unittest/scripts/test_slurm_install.py— Removes the archive-overwrite test. No replacement coverage for thewget -Obehavior is identified.tests/unittest/utils/util.py—getSMVersionnow returnsmath.infon CUDA initializationRuntimeError, while the no-device case still returns-1. Verify callers handle these distinct sentinel values as intended.Description
