178-194: 🩺 Stability & Availability | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winMake the concurrent registration test prove lock contention.
The fixture's mocked
load_from_ckptreturns immediately, so the executor can run the two calls sequentially. That sequence produces the same assertions even if_lora_adapter_lockis removed. Use a blocking mock and a bounded event from a test lock wrapper when the second call attempts acquisition. Do not usetime.sleep(0.1)to infer scheduling.Suggested fix

74-74: 📐 Maintainability & Code Quality | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winExercise production lock creation in a separate contention test.
test_lora_identity_serializes_registrationpre-seeds ID"7"withSignalingLock, so it tests contention only after lock selection. It cannot detect a regression where concurrent first requests for a new ID receive different locks. Useweakref.WeakValueDictionary()in the fixture and add a same-ID contention case with an empty registry. Keep the pre-seeded signaling-lock case for wait-order coverage.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

@coderabbitai summary
Description
Bind each LoRA adapter ID to its canonical path and checkpoint source within a worker. Reject conflicting registrations before loading or enqueueing them, while preserving same-adapter reuse, path aliases, and existing ID-only lookup. Serialize registration and retain bindings for partially published adapter state; failed lookups that publish no state remain retryable.
The lock makes the identity check, first load, and binding one atomic operation. Without it, concurrent requests using the same new ID with different paths could both observe the ID as unbound and proceed to load, recreating the first-writer-wins collision that this change prevents.
This prevents silent cache identity collisions. It does not introduce tenant authorization: callers with access to the trusted ID-only API can still request an existing adapter. Adapter ownership and access control remain the application's responsibility.

Dev Engineer Review
BaseWorkerbinds each LoRA adapter ID to its canonical path and checkpoint source. Per-ID locks serialize identity checks and loads. Conflicting identities are rejected, while same-identity reuse and ID-only lookup remain supported. A failed lookup remains retryable if it publishes no cache state; a partial load retains its binding.The current working-tree diff shows formatting and docstring changes in
base_worker.pyand a print-statement cleanup in the test file. It does not change the LoRA identity implementation. The supplied objectives report two failed CI runs and request follow-up. No updated CI results or current review findings were supplied.QA Engineer Review
tests/unittest/executor/test_base_worker.pycontains tests for conflicting identities, reuse, ID-only registration, retryable and partial failures, same-ID serialization, independent IDs, and request-error handling. The current diff adds or removes no tests. The file is listed intests/integration/test_lists/test-db/l0_a100.ymlandtests/integration/test_lists/test-db/l0_cpu.yml. Coverage verdict: sufficient for the described identity and loading behaviors. Current test results are unavailable.Per-File QA Perspective
tensorrt_llm/executor/base_worker.py: Verify conflicting adapter identities are rejected and matching identities remain reusable. Also verify ID-only lookup, retry after a failure with no published state, retained binding after partial publication, and concurrent registration.tests/unittest/executor/test_base_worker.py: Covers LoRA identity, loading failures, concurrency, and request-error paths. The file is listed in thel0_a100.ymlandl0_cpu.ymlCI test lists.
