It propagates configuration, returns generated token IDs, caches transceiver state, checks router affinity, schedules warming requests, handles transfer-only execution, and adds integration coverage. Merge Risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to When enabled, this change adds asynchronous cross-worker KV-cache transfers and new configuration and response behavior. Current code can still cause request or executor failures, reuse stale transfer state, warm the wrong worker, or send worker state over an invalid or unprotected URL, so the PR is not merge-ready until these issues are fixed or explicitly accepted. 🚥 Pre-merge checks | ✅ 3 | ❌ 2❌ Failed checks (2 warnings)

Warming never runs under the generation_first schedule style.
return_gen_token_ids is set only in _send_disagg_request_ctx_first, and _send_disagg_request_gen_first never calls _warm_ctx. If an operator sets warm_ctx_from_gen: true together with schedule_style: generation_first, the flag silently does nothing.
setup() already downgrades the flag with a warning when the router lacks conversation affinity. Add the same treatment for generation_first, so the unsupported combination is visible in the logs.
