Describe the problems in the documentation

The CLI documents currently include an incorrect command for updating a locally configured remote registry channel. This documentation error could cause user frustration when trying to modify local registry channel settings.

(Optional) Propose a correction

aiq configure registry update should be changed to aiq configure channel update
