Please provide a clear description of problem this feature solves

Executing the command aiq workflow delete deletes the entire directory. Would be good to have a second check to ensure user would like that and isn't just trying to reinstall their workflow.

Describe your ideal solution

Would be good to have CLI give a warning and a confirmation before executing the command aiq workflow delete as it deletes the entire directory.
