rename hybrid-cp to dynamic-cp and fix for rope when enabling THD + Dynamic-CP

This PR mainly does two things:

• Rename hybrid-cp to dynamic-cp for clarity.
• Fix the THD + Dynamic-CP bug when using RoPE
