For getting started, toy examples and, perhaps, some inference scenarios it might be beneficial to allow running on CPU only (and not requiring APEX install and pytorch cuda).
The scenario I use as a test case is running some examples on MacBook pro (without proper GPU).

including beam search installation script for MacOS
	* "start_here" examples run
	* "ASR_made_simple.ipynb" notebook is able to train (painfully slow)
	* "InferenceWithBeamSearch.ipynb" was able to run inference
