On 2026-06-01, Installation Test job 78840341351 and release build-wheel job 78840404126 fail during import/check-imports at src/megatron/bridge/utils/common_utils.py:25 with ImportError: cannot import name 'safe_get_world_size' from 'megatron.core._rank_utils'. CICD NeMo jobs Launch_Unit_Tests_Core 78865407138 and Launch_Unit_Tests_Diffusion 78865406960 fail the same import during unit-test collection.
Fix PR: #4094. No new fix PR opened because this existing open PR covers the same dev bump failure.
