Updates fern documentation for 26.04 to reflect the changes in PR #1606, which switched the default embedding backend in
TextSemanticDeduplicationWorkflowfrom SentenceTransformers to vLLM. Updates the semantic deduplication how-to guide (code examples, parameter table, embedding model guidance) and adds release note entries for the new feature, the CUDA fork bug fix, and the breaking parameter changes.Checklist
