DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:
A fix to add two settings that were missed in #540 in the config.sh_rrfs_a_enkf_c3_retro file in commit a2e9164.
The settings are:
FIRST_BLENDED_CYCLE="18" # usually second partial cycle
FIRST_BLENDED_CYCLE_DATE=${STARTYEAR}${STARTMONTH}${STARTDAY}${FIRST_BLENDED_CYCLE}
When blending is activated, these are needed for the workflow to know which cycle to start blending.
TESTS CONDUCTED:
Tests were done in #540.
