- updated .gitignore file
- updated prepchem.sh
- default assim_freq set to 24 and OUTPUT_FILE set to nemsio
- set value cplchm_rad_opt to T in config.fcst to turn aerosol feedback on
- removed fv3gfs_emc.fd from checkout script
- set default value for cplchm_rad_opt to F in namelist in exglobal forecast script
- modified for statement for sfcanl files in exglobal forecast script
- added experiment setup scripts
- added experiment directory for realtime runs (FV3GFSwfm/rt_ccpp-chem)
