build fixes for alpha tag

Description
Fixes for the builds for some stuff that broke with the recent cmake updates. There can't be duplicates script names with how I set up ctest, so most of the changes are renaming some test files that were added in with another pr.

Also fixes a test kind macro that snuck in and was breaking the autotools CI.

How Has This Been Tested?
cmake and autotools builds on the amd box with gcc
