@DusanJovic-NOAA The hpc-stack on Orion was recently deleted. That causes upp build failure in the global-workflow (here). The UPP develop branch was updated modulefiles with the spack-stack-1.5.0 at @78f369b today. Can you update the upp revision to 78f369b? That change wouldn't have impact on current test results. Thanks!
