GFSv16.3.18 - Increase the wait time for UKMet data in the WAFS blending_0p25 job

Description

The GFS is updated to v16.3.18 in operations to update the wait time for UKMet data in the WAFS blending_0p25 job. Error handling is also updated for late arriving UKMet data. Changes were provided by NCO. A new tag was made in the WAFS repo.

was updated too. Should we recreated a new WAFS tag for gfs.v16.3.18? Does NCO need code delivery from EMC for this minor upgrade gfs.v16.3.18?

@YaliMao-NOAA I think the WAFS tag I cut (gfs_wafs.v6.3.3) for the gfs.v16.3.18 tag in the global-workflow includes all of the updates that NCO made. Please double check though, here is the comparison between the prior tag gfs_wafs.v6.3.2 and the one I made based on the changes that NCO made for gfs.v16.3.18 update in ops: NOAA-EMC/WAFS@gfs_wafs.v6.3.2...gfs_wafs.v6.3.3

Does NCO need code delivery from EMC for this minor upgrade gfs.v16.3.18?

No, they made the change locally in production to create the gfs.v16.3.18 install and the upgrade is now done. NCO will install a full fresh package of both the GFS and WAFS with the WAFS removal update.
