removing variables to be consistent with ufs ice_in file

Description

The ufs-weather-model recently updated ufs-community/ufs-weather-model#2951 to remove CICE variables from the history output that were not examined. This also saves space on HPSS when saving GFS output. This PR removes the corresponding products.
