Description
This PR is for porting the CICE5 to Orion and adds .gitignore file.
It is tested with the DATM-MOM6-CICE5 app, and it uses the modules summarized here (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rBhK4tE82f70zsLPPArKgfkdHgMhFcSYg12kbpthZ3I).
To test
The results of the apps using the CICE5 have to be identical with the runs with the same setup and forcing on the other HPCs
