Added a bash script to prepare input data, namelist, and batch script in a specified directory and submit a job (run wrf.exe) for a five-day test simulation.

TESTS CONDUCTED:
A few test runs on NERSC Perlmutter (e.g., job ids 21714416, 21709908).
No new features were added to change model solutions or behaviors.
