This PR will be merged into NCAR dtc/develop first as part of #432, and then go to master with the rest of the dtc/develop updates. |

Bugfix in physics/mp_thompson.F90: aerosol arrays may not be allocated, use assumed size arrays in subroutine
mp_thompson_init. This was overlooked when corresponding changes were made tomp_thompson_runandmp_thompson_pre_runin a previous PR.
