@mzhangw I'm guessing that this needs to be pulled into the branch that you have for the release documentation. Feel free to do whatever you need to do to get this to work with what you already have. |

First draft of documentation for satmedmfvdifq. There are some formatting snafus, but that is not unique to this scheme. Sometimes, it seems like doxygen has a mind of its own with how it parses fortran documentation.
