This PR renames IPD_driver_cap.f90 to IPD_driver_cap.F90 and modifies the makefile accordingly. The reason behind this is that in the future we might have to preprocess this file for different compilers or architectures etc. In addition, minor formatting (tabs versus whitespaces) changes are made in the makefile that are too small to put them in a separate PR.
