A bug fix in calling dlclose(). Also re-ordering the code, the C routines are now in _dl_ file and removing all instances of IPD. Also adding a ccpp_fcall module which houses all the function call subroutines. So ccpp_run() can now take - suite - ipd (still have this name!!!) - subcycle - scheme
Wrote a cap generator `mkcap` to be able to parse a scheme XML file and write the Fortran cap module and subroutines for each scheme subroutine. It works, but is not heavily tested.
