The correct order is lon_min lon_max lat_min lat_max ... and not lat_min lat_max lon_min lon_max.

The correct order is
lon_min lon_max lat_min lat_max ...and notlat_min lat_max lon_min lon_max ....Thanks to @gseijo for finding this mistake.
