I don't know if it's intentional, but all the frontend code seems to be rebuilding when the urdr.env file is changed, and the container is brought up, even if no other changes were made since the container was last brought down.

This makes it extremely slow to test different settings in the environment file.

Should have been fixed by #515. Reopen if this persists
