This is related to Issue 1589

  1. lis/utils/usaf/s2s/s2s_app/s2s_api.py, lis/utils/usaf/s2s/s2s_app/s2s_run.sh, and lis/utils/usaf/s2s/s2s_modules/shared/utils.py were updated to add multiple jobs to a single SLURM job script everywhere possible.
  2. Added the new module file for Milan: env/discover/lisf_7.5_intel_2021.4.0_s2s
  3. Added two new scripts for weekly anomaly calculation and plotting:
    lis/utils/usaf/s2s/s2s_modules/s2smetric/metrics_library/compute_weekly_anom.py
    lis/utils/usaf/s2s/s2s_modules/s2splots/plot_weekly_anom.py
  4. lis/utils/usaf/s2s/s2s_modules/s2splots/plot_utils.py was updated with new features: i) added a few new color palettes, ii) added capabilities to plot contours on Mollweide and polar stereographic projections, and iii) added capability to plot two set of plots on the same figure using two different colorbars.

(4) Added group submission capability to s2s-run.sh to optimize computer resources
2) added 2 new color pallettes to plot_utils.py
3) added Mollewide projections to plot_utils.py
4) added the option to plot 2 different colorbars for 2 different set of plots within a single page in plot_utils.py
