This pull includes post-processed 20-year projected changes to air temperature and precipitation from NEX-GDDP-CMIP6 (2 scenarios). These are added to support a discovery in-progress focused on the EIS snow projections.

@ividito thanks for catching those formatting issues. Is there anything else I can be doing to get this data published?

We've ingested this data on dev, and the underlying assets look good, but we're seeing some unexpected values in our STAC summaries (very large max values). I'm looking into this now, but I don't anticipate any problem getting these properly ingested into staging in the next day or two.

@jupflug - looks like some minor changes are required for these datasets. The COGs provided do not contain nodata values, which causes the summarized statistics to be inconsistent. You'll need to update the COGs in the data store with new COGs. The steps provided here should work.
