.net 10 has been released for a while. This PR adds support for .net 10.

Thanks, I've been waiting for the non preview version of MudBlazor, but it has been almost two months since the .net10 release, so maybe we can at least publish the 9.0.0-preview.1 version of the markdown component.

Fxied in 4584944. Looks like in new MudBlazor, the mud-typography-body1 class is removed for the <a> tag.

Sorry, I've been away for some time. Thank you for fixing the unit test.
In the meantime, preview.2 is out, so I will create a new MR for it and publish the markdown NuGet.
