1. Added optional -o param to use with translations containing non ASCII characters.
2. Added /debug flag to print all errors to output stream.
   
3. Uncompressed final build. (Non upxd to avoid false positive av alerts.)
   
4. Now validates the -l argument. If it' s ≤ 2 characters lengthwise, assumes a 639-1 prefix has been Parsed.
