🐞 Keybind selection menu out of frame #809

Bug Description
pop up window location for selecting new keybind actions seems to be initialized out of frame when triggered after the update.
was able to bring re-center the window back into view using loop shortcut tho.
Steps To Reproduce
- Navigate to keybinds in Loop settings
- click add keybind
- click "no action" to trigger popup selection window
Expected Behavior
The popup window for keybind selection should pop up in view
Actual Behavior
the window is appearing out of view with only the top bar showing (bottom left of the screen)
