Document POST/DELETE /admin/orgs/:orgId/plugins/allowlist endpoints for controlling which plugins workspaces in an org may load. Covers allowlist semantics (empty = all permitted; non-empty = allowlist-only), relationship to supply-chain pinning, and the two admin API endpoints.
