  1. Allow calculating variance and std of an array by axis: numojo.statistics.variance() and numojo.statistics.std().
  2. Add corresponding methods for NDArray.
  3. Add auxiliary function numojo.manipulation._broadcast_back_to().
  4. Add tests.
  5. Remove un-used imports.
