Installation

Prerequisites

• Python 3.10+
• Django 4.2+

Steps

1. Clone the repository:

   Using HTTPS:

   git clone https://github.com/yourusername/django-htmx-tailwind-live-search.git
   cd django-htmx-tailwind-live-search

   Using SSH:

   git clone [email protected]:yourusername/django-htmx-tailwind-live-search.git
   cd django-htmx-tailwind-live-search

2. Create a virtual environment and activate it:

   python -m venv .venv
   source .venv/bin/activate  # On Windows use `.venv\Scripts\activate`

3. Install the dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

4. Run database migrations:

   python manage.py migrate

5. Start the development server:

   python manage.py runserver

Usage

1. Open your web browser and navigate to http://127.0.0.1:8000/.
2. Use the search bar to perform live searches.
