Added the option to specify left and right analog axis inversion.

X and Y axis can be inverted.

Updated the PC program to use the controller config struct definition.

Implemented the analog axis inversion. Now left and right analog sticks can have their X and Y axis inverted respectively.

Removed old deprecated switch HID input definitions. LibNX has deleted the deprecated HID definitions.

Added colouring to the console output to help distinguish different data sections.

Included infomation output when resolution change fails.

Note: The broadcast issue with the switch seems to be fixed with the latest LibNX version. LibNX had a bug back in May to do with the socket implementation for the switch.
