This pull request is intended to track progress on the module commision from Rinoarc.
It is planned to house legacy 1.8 implementations of OpenAudioMc's player interfaces and providers, adding support 1.8 based parent servers.
Initial release will just house everything mentioned above, but there are plans to implement further redis bungee support as well.
