Fix inclusive renaming whitelist

closes #44

• update the naming of the "whitelist" parameter and file to "spellcheck allowlist".
• add option to specify allowlist as a configuration parameter
• update pyyaml version due to an issue I observed ("AttributeError: cython_sources" with Cython 3.0.0a10 yaml/pyyaml#601 (comment))
• update isort pre-commit hook due to an issue I observed (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/75269700/pre-commit-fails-to-install-isort-5-11-4-with-error-runtimeerror-the-poetry-co)
• add a note about Golang dependency required by one of the pre-commit hooks (I think it was gitleaks)

Nicely done, thanks for the contribution :) I'll have to write up a changelog and do a major version bump but that will be done on the main branch anyway
