Create a landing page to market the mobile app & accept signups for the Public Beta

  • minimal text, something like "MetaMask Mobile: Coming Spring 2019 // Sign up now to get early access"
  • single entry form-field that validates email addresses and dumps in a spreadsheet / CRM / mailchimp list / anything
  • checkbox for "I am willing to be contacted for usability studies and/or user research"
  • Simple, clean design. Will be hosted as part of https://metamask.io/ but designs aren't bound by that

Would be great if this also included a checkbox to opt-in to user testing! cc @omnat

@bahnju somewhere between site visual language & current MM designs? Overall should aim for some reasonable amount of polish, but doesn't have to be super super fancy.
