Maybe put it under settings for now:

• List contacts

• Add contact (allow to scan your friend's QR code)

• Remove contact

• A contact should have: Name, address, picture

First use case:

• Use the list to autocomplete the TO: field in the send TX form

Question: Are contacts a global thing, or are they per-account.

Kinda helps to answer: Do we call these accounts, or identities, or personas, or what?

I was thinking we could list "Contacts" the same way we list Tokens, Collectibles, Subscriptions, Transactions, etc. We need a way to have an ever-growing list of possible assets/associated items, so something like Christian suggested like this for mobile could make sense:

Or for desktop, maybe these different categories end up making up the main list under the account, on the left bar, instead of tokens?
