refactor: replace Typography with Text component in convert-token-to-nft-modal.js

Description

This PR addresses the task of replacing Typography components with Text components in the convert-token-to-nft-modal.js file. The changes aim to improve consistency and utilize the new component library. The main modifications include:

1. Updated the import statement to use the Text component from the component library.
2. Replaced Typography components with Text components.
3. Updated the variant prop to use the appropriate Text variant.

Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the Default story not rendering correctly in Storybook, which prevented us from capturing a "before" screenshot. This will need to be addressed separately.
