Summary

When using koios provider to fetch UTxOs the address is missing and contains no assets. The assets flag must be set to true, and the bech32 address is already there inside the response, but it is not being used. This PR attempt sets the asset flag to true and adds in address functionality.

Use Koios to query some utxo that has assets and you need the address. Returning undefined messes up the tx builder.
