[RFE] Refit system upgrades

RFE Details *

This is a new feature

Brief Description *

The refit system still needs some work. Here are changes I'm planning on making.

• Update refit table to include customization time
• Update shopping list to show stocked items and such
• Generally make the refit window better
• Using a refit kit will require buying a specific refit kit and not just using parts you have laying around
• Refit kits will be tangible items that can exist in the warehouse. They will have the value of all contained parts. Stretch goal: They can be broken open to receive said parts.
• You will be able to cancel refit kit acquisition
• Refits will go into a state "Awaiting Parts" when they are awaiting parts. There will be a part requirement window available, probably based on the part quality report.
• Omnipod configurations will not allow purchasing refit kits, only customizing using parts.
• Omnipod configurations will be clear that they require podded parts
• It will be possible to do a Class F refit to a different base omni configuration. This may only be possible by using the external meklab, unsure.
