After a while of testing, the Ubuntu latest target for the workflow was causing problems with OpenSSL compilation for the project. I rolled it back to v18.04, and now it compiles fine. I'm not sure what's changed with Ubuntu to cause this unforeseen issue, but at least it is fixed now. |

This pull request updates the crates to their latest version, removing warnings of future rejected dependencies (cargo warns you about this as shown in the image below).
I also rolled back the Ubuntu workflow version from the latest to v18.04 to fix the compilation issues. Everything should work fine now.
